Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, including original tags attached.
- All returns must have a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards

- Customized products
- Any item that is damaged, used, or not in its original condition
How to Return Your Item(s)

- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package the item(s) securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to return address given.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
