  • Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as received. All original tags must be attached.

  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact Us: To start your return or exchange, please email info@monarchgolfwear.com. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify the item, size, and color you would like to receive in exchange.

  • Processing Time: We will respond to your request within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.

 

3. Return Shipping

 

  • Return Label: Monarch Golfwear LLC will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. For returns, the cost of the return shipping label (typically $5) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchange Shipping: Exchanges are free. You will not be charged for the shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item back to you.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

 

  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost after the original item has been received and inspected.

5. Conditions and Exceptions

  • Third-Party Purchases: Monarch Golfwear LLC cannot process returns or exchanges for items purchased through third-party vendors or event programs. Please contact the original place of purchase for assistance.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Monarch Golfwear LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed deliveries. We recommend contacting the carrier service directly for any such issues.

  • International Returns & Exchanges: At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States.
